“Day of the Wedding” Caterer

This may be perfect for you if you enjoy planning or you are working with a full service Wedding Planner and you don’t need our guidance throughout the whole process. We step in on your wedding day so that you can relax and shine. It’s perfect for smaller weddings that don’t require a lot of rentals or set-up.

Details we assist you with:

~ Plan a wedding menu that reflects your taste, your budget, your style, and the foods of the season.
~ Choose a service style that flows and works well with your location.
~ Prepare a sample tasting to help you refine your menu selections.
~ Meet with you at the event location to go over final details of your wedding day
   including the event lay out, final guest count, itinerary, and final rentals list.
~ Arrive at the site in time to set up the catering area and have the venue ready for the arrival
   of your guests.  
~ Greet each guest at the reception with a welcome beverage.
~ Cooperate with other vendors to follow the reception time line including your grand entrance, dining,
   toasts, your first dance, and cutting the cake.
~ Repack and inventory the rental items and arrange pick up.
~ Make sure that the venue is left in the condition required by your contract.
~ Offer limited phone or email contact to answer any questions that come up during the process.
