While you’re picking the perfect dress, we’re negotiating with vendors and keeping a careful eye on all the details. While you’re saying “I do”, we’re behind the scenes making sure everything is prepared according to your wishes, and is ready on time so that you can relax, have fun and shine on this unforgettable day.

If you are working with a Wedding Planner some of these services may overlap. We work closely with your wedding planner or, if you prefer, we’ll handle the complete reception it all for you.

Of the many details we assist you with:

~ Plan a wedding menu that reflects your taste, budget, and style, and the foods of the season.
~ Choose a service style that flows and works well with your location.
~ Prepare a sample tasting to help you refine your menu selection.
~ Create a time line that ensures everything unfolds at the right time.
~ Walk through the reception location with you to create the layout and the flow of the event, and rental needs. 
~ Order the rentals.
~ Meet with you a second time a few weeks before your wedding to go over the final details of the day
   including any changes to the event lay out, final guest count, itinerary, and final rentals list.
~ Help you decide types and quantities of beverages and assist with ordering.
~ Include an assistant to help with coordination on your wedding day. 
~ Help with theme design. 
~ Confirm all vendors.
~ Arrive at the site three to four hours before the reception to ensure that everything is set-up as planned,
   handle any last minute emergencies, and have the venue ready for the arrival of your guests.
~ Greet each guest at the reception with a welcome beverage.
~ Cooperate with other vendors to follow the reception timeline including your grand entrance, dining, toasts,
   your first dance, and cutting the cake.
~ Collect all gifts, toasting glasses, guest book, and personal items after the wedding and return them to you.
~ Repack and inventory rental items and arrange pick up.
~ Make sure that the venue is left in the condition required by your contract.
~ Offer unlimited phone or email contact to answer any questions that come up during the process.
