Catering delicious meals is as much about purchasing quality ingredients as it is about preparing the meals. Without a doubt, the most flavorful and nutritious foods are grown organically. 

At Savoir Faire, we are committed to buying locally grown produce from small farmers who practice sustainable, organic agriculture. We know the farmers personally. 

Our produce is harvested just the day before we buy it rather than being picked before it was ripe and then trucked across the state or even the country. 

That also means that we use only produce that is in season.
