Chef Karen Smith-Warner, Founder & Owner
Karen is a self-taught chef who has taken classes in Florence, Italy, Santorini, Greece, The Culinary Institute of America at Greystone, and San Miguel de Allende, Mexico. You benefit from Karen's mastery of organizational details in creating an elegant event while keeping things simple. Your event will reflect her love of beauty, sense of style, and her intuitive understanding of people that enables her to visualize exactly what her clients want.
Chef Michele Molony
Chef Michele Molony is an honors graduate of the world-renowned Le Cordon Bleu culinary arts school in Paris, France. She completed the full cycles of both pastry and cuisine training. After years of cooking around the globe, Michele's yearning for a community of her own eventually brought her back to her native Santa Barbara. Michele is a Master Chef with a great understanding of Santa Barbara ingredients and ways to integrate them into delicious, creative menus. In addition to working with Savoir Faire, Michele teaches cooking classes at the Santa Barbara Community College Adult Education center, Williams Sonoma, and at Savoir Faire's Catering kitchen.
